1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ra888 ("ra888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ra888 website at ra888.co and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Services").

ra888 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one ra888 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ra888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

You agree to notify ra888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. ra888 may, at its discretion, suspend any account pending investigation of a suspected security incident without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ra888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.

The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless a different minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion. ra888 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits credited to your ra888 account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control measure. ra888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. ra888 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

ra888 reserves the right to withhold or void any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Betting Rules

Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by ra888's system. A bet confirmation reference number constitutes acceptance. ra888 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where pre-match odds were erroneously offered, or where system errors resulted in incorrect pricing.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted unless ra888 exercises its discretion to permit cancellation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market; these are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• ra888 reserves the right to limit the size of any bet from any account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, ra888's determination shall be final and binding.

• Match fixing, insider betting, or wagering with knowledge of information not publicly available.
• Opening accounts using false identity information or on behalf of another person.

12. Amendments
